2. What is my order's status? How can I track my order?

After placing an order, you will receive an email with a confirmation number. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information. You can track your order by visiting www.usps.com

3. When will my order ship?

Orders usually ship within 1- 2 business days from the time the order is received, regardless of the shipping method. Choosing an Expedited Service (UPS Next Day) may reduce the amount of time your order spends in transit, but it does not reduce the amount of time for your order to be processed (1 - 2 business days).

You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.

5. Can my order be shipped to a PO Box or APO/FPO address?

All orders being sent to P.O Boxes will be sent via U.S.P.S standard shipping. At this time, we do not offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.
